Do you provide free consultations?

No, we charge for case evaluations and in-depth consultations. They may include strategy planning and document review. Our consultations aren’t free because they require time to deliver a well-rounded assessment of your case, provide you with the data and resources that you require to arrive at the informed decision for yourself.

Is your service as safe as working with traditional law firms?

Absolutely. All our experts have specialist expertise in their sectors and a depth of experience in dealing with SMEs.

How long will it take to speak to an available lawyer to solve my issue?

We aim to respond to all legal enquiries within two working days. You will initially be contacted by one of our administrators. who will take some details, and make sure we have understood your issue completely. They will then match you with the right expert, who will be expertly qualified to deal with your issue. 

What happens if one of my ‘counter-parties’ also seeks advice from you?

We will always treat every enquiry on an individual and confidential basis. However, we have a fully developed conflicts policy and to ensure there is no conflict of interests between parties, we are only able to represent one party in a contract negotiation (on a first come, first served basis).
